Serve and Make a Difference

At Hope Point Naz, serving is more than helping—it’s a way to live out your faith and make an eternal impact. Every act of service, big or small, contributes to building God’s kingdom and touching lives in our church and community.

Serve at Hope Point

Whether it’s welcoming guests, leading kids, joining the worship team, supporting outreach, or helping behind the scenes, every role matters. When you serve, you’re not just helping a church—you’re impacting lives.

SAY Love

We meet the last Saturday of the month at 7:30 am in the church parking lot. From there, we disperse to different sites in the community. Breakfast & Lunch provided!

Be Extra

Be Extra

Be Xtra is a nonprofit organization that was built from a Sneaker Donation Program (Sneaker Love) back in 2020, that focused on donating new or gently used sneakers to our homeless communities, schools and hospital.

Fast forward to present day, Be Xtra not only continues to fulfill the mission of Sneaker Love, but also aides in the help of wildfires, hurricane relief, under privileged youth, and community needs in the Yuba-Sutter-Colusa area.

Bike Kitchen

Bike Kitchen

Provides the homeless with used bikes, bike repairs and light meal once a month.

The Bike Kitchen is held on the 3rd Thursday of the month at 10:00am. The event will be located in the northeast corner of the old K-mart parking lot under the maple tree. A light meal will be served at 10:00am. We repair bikes from 10-11:30am. We begin giving out bikes shortly after 10:00am to those who have signed up and are present when their name is called. If you would like to volunteer, donate a bike, or know someone who could benefit from this ministry please contact Jim Kuphaldt at (530) 713-6638 or via email below.

Care & Concern Group

Care & Concern Group

Over the last few months we have noticed the impact that planning a funeral service for a loved one has on families. We at Hope Point would like to help alleviate some of the burden for those in our congregation when the need arises.

We are excited to announce the formation of our Care & Concern Group. One of the ways this group will serve is by assisting with the reception portion of these services held at Hope Point. We need people to provide food and also some to help set out and serve the food.

We may also call on you to help when a family may need a little extra love during an illness or after a surgery.

Diaper Bank

Our Diaper Bank Outreach exists to support families in our community by providing free diapers and other essential needs in a welcoming, judgment-free space. We gather every fourth Friday of the month at 10:00am to come alongside parents and caregivers, offering practical help and encouragement when it’s needed most. No registration required—just come as you are.
