Prayer

Prayer is the heart and soul of the church! We have the most awesome privilege of presenting ourselves before the God of the universe to thank Him, praise Him and to petition Him. Every believer is called to be a pray-er. Ask God how He might want you to add your voice to the chorus of prayers being lifted up at the Hope Point Nazarene Church then check out our calendar for opportunities to join us. Altar Prayer Team

This is a two fold ministry that meets the 1st Friday of the month from 7-8pm for a general prayer session in the FLC Choir Room, and they are available to pray with you at the altar on Sundays.

Intercessory Prayer Team

This group meets from 6:45-8:30pm on Tuesday evenings in Pastor's office to pray over the requests submitted to the church through the bulletin each week.

Pastor's Prayer Team

This team prays with Pastor Gary before church services for the word of God to be delivered and received in the way that God intended. This is one of the few prayer ministries that sees instant results in the response of the people! The team meets in Pastor's office each Sunday from 7-8am.

Prayer Chain Ministry

When an emergency prayer need comes up we have specific members of this team who work from a phone tree to pass the prayer information on and then each fervently prays for your situation. The members of this ministry are available to cover either day or evening prayer needs. This is a vital network of committed saints who quickly pass on requests and petition the Lord for you.
