Life Groups

A Life Group is a small group of two or more people that gather together for the purpose of connecting with God and connecting with each other. It is our sincere hope that a Life Group will continue indefinitely if the participants are willing.

How Does a Life Group Work? It's Easy!

  1. Sign up for a group!
  2. Do your homework...
Most of our groups are sermon-based, so take notes during the service and answer the few questions you will find in the bulletin (also available at "Bringing it Home").
  3. Attend your group meeting.
  4. Discuss and learn how to apply what was presented in the sermons.
  5. Share prayer requests.
  6. Have a great time connecting with people just like YOU!

Is there a schedule for Life Groups?

We suggest Life Group sessions be split into 4 quarters: fall, winter, and spring sessions lasting
approximately 10 weeks, with a break in between each session. For the summer months we
suggest your group take a break to accommodate vacations and the business of the warmer months.
After each session, there will be a time where new members may join groups, new groups can form,
or you may change to another group if there is one that meets your needs better.

How do I find a Life Group?

  1. Look for a group that fits your particular season in life (couples, singles, men, or women's groups).
  2. Look for a day and time that fits with your schedule.
  3. Look for a group located near you.
  4. Look for leaders you are familiar with.
  5. Look for a particular study you may like.
  6. Be adventurous - choose any group. It's a great way to meet new people!

Remember: You are not tied to any particular group - if you choose to join a group at the end of your session... GREAT! We just want you to connect with God and others where you are most comfortable!
