Our Heavely Father gave us gifts and talents to use to help build up the body of Christ. Please take a look at the list below to find areas within the church where you can serve and help others. If there is another area you'd like to serve, please contact us!

General
Fueled Cafe: Help is needed for Saturday nights and Sunday morning assisting in the operation of the cafe which involves setting up, handling money, prepping for the morning sales, and cleaning the machine. Contact Rich Marple for more information.
Connection Center: Can you spare 30 minutes on a Saturday night? We need some help for 15 minutes before the Saturday service and 15 minutes after the service at the connection center. Contact Lori in the church office for more details.
Saturday Night Goodies: If you can provide 4-5 dozen cookies or finger desserts once a month contact Julie Carter at 751-2290.
Saturday Night Setup: If you can help set up the tables and lay out the food for one hour once a month contact Julie Carter at 751-2290.
Ushers / Greeters: Calling men, women, and teens! We need help to take the offering during any / all our services. The time it takes is approximately 10 minutes a week - and you're already at church! Contact the connection center to sign up.
Drivers: We are looking for folks to drive our church owned vehicles for various events throughout the year. We will pay for the cost of getting the proper licensing and training for this much needed ministry. Contact Chris Mann at 671-0108 if you're interested.
RIde to church: A ride is needed for a mom and 2 elementary age children to and home from church for either the Saturday or Sunday service. They live in the Yuba Gardens Apartments at Hammonton-Smartville Road and Simpson Lane in Linda. Contact Dan at the church office for more details.
Ride to Celebrate Recovery: A ride is needed for a mom and 2 elementary age children to and home from Celebrate Recovery on Wednesday nights. They live in the Yuba Gardens Apartments at Hammonton-Smartville Road and Simpson Lane in Linda. Contact Dan at the church office for more details.

Children
Nursery Help: We're always in need of someone to bless with the opportunity to hold the babies of our church family! Contact Suzie Laupp at 671-1130 x17 if you have 1 hour a month to serve in this area.
Special Needs Class: This unique ministry needs help during the 11:15am service both for folks to be a buddy to a child that needs some extra help in their class, and those to work in the Special Needs classroom. No experience is required, we will show you the way! Contact Stacey at 673-4764 for more details.
Assistant Teachers Neede : If you love Jesus and love children try joining our ministry team - It's a great blessing! If you have 3 hours a month to help in this vital ministry, fill out a Volunteer Screening Application and turn it in to the Children's Ministry Department for an interview.

[return to top]Deliver 1st Time Visitor Packets: Remember when you were a first time visitor? Did you recieve a packet with yummy bread delivered to your door? We still love to do that but we could you some help. Depending on how many people we have on our team, it works out at about 30 - 60 minutes per week and you will be reimbursed for your mileage . You don't need to interact with the people, simply put the premade bag on their doorstep for when they get home. Contact Lori in the church office for more details.
