Gerry Stanford

A little about Gerry...

Gerry and Julie Stanford moved to Yuba City in July of 1986. They put their two sons into Faith Christian and were invited to Yuba City Nazarene by the principal and his wife. "We felt at home on our first visit and have been faithful attendees ever since."

Gerry started working at the church in 1992 when they moved onto the current property into the Lighthouse building. He was able to 'retire' from his other jobs and work semi-part-time when the church moved into the Family Life Center in 2003. "I like the challenge that comes each week with the variety of things that are happening here."

Gerry and Julie have two grown sons, Brian and Scott and four grandchildren, Emily, Noah, Kevin and River. In his spare time, Gerry enjoys working in his yard and playing golf.
