Bill Hannold

Title: Assistant to the Lead Pastor

A little about Bill ...

Bill became a Christian as a senior in high school. He received his B.A from Azusa Pacific University and his Masters in Church and School Administration from Shasta Bible College. He has been involved in Christian school education as a teacher and administrator for 37 years; 33 of those years at Faith Christian School in Yuba City where he is currently the Elementary Principal and Superintendent.

Bill and his wife, Mary, have been involved at Yuba City Nazarene since 1977. Mary is a flight attendant with Southwest Airlines, which allows them access to their extended family in Boise, Idaho and other parts of the country.

Bill has served in various roles at YCN over the years including teaching youth and adult Sunday school, leading worship, directing choir, leading small groups, facilitating parenting classes, coaching softball, serving on building committees, the Church Board and the Administrative Team. He came onto the YCN staff on a part-time basis in 2008 as Assistant to the Lead Pastor.

Bill is an avid baseball fan. He enjoys teaching and exhorting others to apply Biblical principles to their everyday lives. He and Mary also enjoy family time with children, William and Crystal and their families, including four grandchildren.
