A little about Stacey...

Stacey and her family moved to Yuba City in August of 2003 when her husband John received a job transfer and they began attending YCN in October of 2003. "We loved it the first moment we were here."

Stacey began teaching preschool within the first year of attending YCN and became an employee in 2005 as the Preschool Director. She is also the Special Needs Director and she spearheaded the Special Needs program at VBS in August of 2005. "My job is a special one. I have the opportunity to see God's little children worship Him! It is a privilege to be able to minister to these precious children. As for the Special Needs Program, I feel that God has called me to reach out to families that are facing difficulties. Jesus called us to fill His house, to bring in the poor and the disabled. Jesus didn't forget them, and neither should we."

She and John have been married since August of 1991 and have four wonderful children; a son and three daughters. Stacey home schools all four of them. "It's a blast! Our family loves being together. We love to camp, hike, go to the movies, miniature golf, amusement parks, etc. Anything we can all do together."
