A little about Lisa...

Lisa and her husband Willy moved to Yuba City in October of 2002. They came from a non-denominational church and spent a few months looking for the same thing here in town. When one of their nieces came over and said she was going to start going to the Nazarene church, Willy and Lisa did what any good Christians would do - they knew they needed to be sure she wasn't walking into a cult so they decided to come along. They knew they were home by the end of the service that day.

Lisa's job consists of anything that connects people and events together at the church - the newsletter, the website, the brochures, communication via the mail, database management, and the logistics for large church wide events. "I love my job because I can work from anywhere and use my computer skills to communicate with people. God had given me the gift of administration and I think that's something that is overlooked when we consider spiritual gifts within the body of Christ, but I am excited to be behind the scenes making things happen without people knowing it's me."

Lisa has one married step daughter who lives in Campbell, CA and while they have no children at home, they do have three big dogs that are just like their kids.
